SENIOR RECOGNIZED
Eseoghene Uwhaba has been selected for the College Board's National Achievement Scholarship Program. She was recognized for her high qualifying score on last year's PSAT. WAY TO GO!
MAKING THE GRADE
Our Skyline 2011 graduates scored higher in all 3 areas of the SAT. They scored 18 points highter than the national average in critical reading, 20 points higher than the national average in math and 2 points higher than the national average in writing.
FALL MUSICAL
The Skyline Performing Arts Dept is proud to present, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Performances will be held October 27th and October 28 in the Auditorium at 7:00 pm. Tickets will go on sale soon. Watch for more details.
CONGRATULATIONS MS. JILL BENZA
The Center for Civic Education has selected Skyline Social Studies Teacher and Dept. Chair, Jill Benza, to receive their John J. Ross Outstanding Civics Educator Award. Not only does Ms. Benza teach social studies classes but she also teaches the "We The People" class that has had tremendous success at the District and State Levels. Way to continue the Legacy of Excellence at Skyline.
SWIM TEAM MAKES SCHOOL HISTORY
On Saturday, September 10th, our women's swim team finished second at the Mesa Relays. This is their highest finish in school history at that meet. Congratulations!
