Arizona law requires that all students be current on immunizations in order to attend school. Please pay special attention to the IMMUNIZATION NOTICE section at the top of your student's Required Emergency & Registration Information Form. If it indicates that an immunization is REQUIRED, please attend to this immediately and provide documented proof when retuning your completed Mail-In Registration Packet.
Changes to the Arizona Immunization Law for the 2010-2011 school year require all students age 11 years and older who have not had a tetanus booster shot within the last five (5) years to receive the Tdap immunization. In addition, all students are required to have a Meningitis immunization. Students MUST received the required immunizations before they will be allowed to attend classes.
