Hello! I am one of Skyline's Speech Language Pathologists that works with students on improving language and social skills to help them be successful in their classes. This is my 10th year at Skyline and I'm proud to be a coyote!
This is my 2nd year coaching the girls badminton team. I played badminton for 4 years in high school and am excited to be head coach!
In the spring of 2017, Skyline was awarded a grant from Century Link to implement a Card making program at Skyline that is called Cards With Heart. The students work on a variety of hands on skills to create beautiful cards. Students then socialize with students and staff around campus to sell their beautiful cards to raise funds for our Paw Pals Club. Check out some of our work on our Pinterest page . In the past two years we have raised hundreds of dollars that supports our school activities such as the kickball event and Hawaiian dance. If you would like to place a card order to support our club please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
I grew up in Mesa and was a graduate of Mountain View High School, class of 2006! I attended Arizona State University 2006-2010 and graduated summa cum lade with my Bachlor's in Speech and Hearing Science and a minor in dance. In 2013, I completed my Master of Science in Communication Disorders.
In my spare time, I enjoy country dancing, working out, indoor rock climbing, hiking, reading and baking desserts! I am very passionate about music and I manage and perform in a string quartet at weddings and special events throughout the school year on weekends with The Encore Quartet.
I look forward to another successful year and welcome all the incoming freshman.
