Biography

I graduated many years ago from Brigham Young University (BYU) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Science.  After graduating, I worked as an Admissions Recruiter for BYU. In that job, I learned that there are many ways to achieve college admissions and academic success.

I left full-time employment to raise my four kids (two boys, two girls).  Our family lived on the east coast in New Hampshire for many years.  During that time, I volunteered in the schools, served on the PTO, ran the ski club, and worked as a substitute teacher.

I received my masters in School Counseling from NAU North Valley Campus, doing my 800-hour practicum/internship at Highland High School. This is my fifth year in the Mesa School District and first year at Skyline. I am excited to be a Coyote!

Currently, all of my kids have graduated from High School and are in various positions in college and career. I am also a proud, first time grandma. I love what I do for a living!
