Mr. Kevin Kitani
A little about me...
I have a beautiful family starting with my wife, Chrystal; 2 great boys, Jett and Kobe; and my sweet little princess, Penelope. Oops and not to forget my guard dog, Sophia; and my salt water tropical fish.

My degree is in Education with a focus in Kinesiology. I taught Physical Education as the department head at Powell Jr. High School. I moved onto Skyline to teach Science when Powell closed. Altogether I have been teaching 7 years, and I have a lot more exciting years to come.

I am pleased to be able to teach your child science this year. Ninth grade science is a full-year laboratory course; which includes topics in astronomy, physics, chemistry, and environmental sciences. Learning objectives align with the Arizona Science Standards with specific objectives for each unit located in the student’s notebook.
I would like to welcome you and your child to my Environmental Science classroom. We are going to have a busy and productive year; filled with exciting learning activities. Fall topics include Earth Science, Ecological Interactions, and Human Population. Spring topics include the use of Natural Resources Alternative Energy, and Energy Resources. I am looking forward to a fun year exploring these topics with the students.
