Hello Coyotes!

One of my favorite things is when a student has that “ah-ha” moment in mathematics! My goal is for every student to recognize that mathematics is logical, creative, and even fun. Mathematics can be challenging when students do not have a soli

d foundation, so I work to help all students fill in their gaps and strengthen their understanding of mathematics while we explore new mathematical concepts.

I’m the proud parent of three sons who are Skyline Coyote graduates. I enjoy being a positive and contributing part of our Skyline community!

Prior to my career in education, I analyzed radar data and collaborated with electrical and mechanical engineers in developing rocket ground base software, launcher software and satellite tracking software. I also started and ran a real estate business where I was responsible for creating office systems as well as hiring and training employees. So, I understand the vital role that mathematics plays in the world outside of school.

My bachelor’s degree is in mathematics, and I hold a master’s degree in secondary education from Arizona State University.

Please explore this webpage for more information about the courses that I teach as well as my goals, expectations, and policies.

I look forward to a FANTASTIC year at Skyline!
