What a great year it has been......and more fun to come!
We made some money for our club! :)
One evening after school, worked the concessions at the football game at Skyline and had a blast! We worked together with Drama Club and shared the duties and the profits of the night. It was a great experience for the kids. They did all the work from transporting the food, setting up our stand,making the signs, selling the food, and cleaning up afterwards.We were so impressed with the amount of work they put into it and how wonderful they were!
They had a great idea and wanted to be like the concession people at the baseball games! They made little boxes, put food and drinks in, and went out to the stands to make a sale! You could almost hear them say, "peanuts, popcorn,.... get your peanuts here!" Just kidding! We didn't sell peanuts, but they were very responsible and did a fabulous job that night! Not only did we sell a lot of food and drinks, but also took many pictures of us having fun.
