NAL is an opportunity for students to learn and have fun at the same time. Team members can participate in public speaking activities and use buzzers to answer jeopardy like questions. The team competes against other junior high schools on Mondays and Thursdays.

Congratulations to the following people who made the Smith Jr. High National Academic League Team. It was a difficult process and everyone who made the team should be proud of themselves. If you did not make the team please tryout next year. See Mr. Popovich in room 101 for study materials. Coaches Popovich and Hickman are looking forward to an exciting season. Smith students may be given extra credit for going to the home games.
