FAMILY AND CONSUMER SCIENCES
Originally known as Home Economics (Home Ec), FACS (Family and Consumer Sciences) is the best of the old and new. Improving lives by empowering students, supporting families and enabling communities, FACS provides educational programs related to all walks of life. We direct students from broad-based career goals in the junior high, through narrower career paths in the high school, giving students the skills and training they need to be successful in the work force. We place special emphasis on career guidance through Interior and Fashion Design, Culinary Arts, and Education Professions.
