Course Outline:

A - Hour Weight Training is designed for any 7th or 8th grade boy or girl who is interested in becoming a better athlete.  This class is a high intensity introduction to weight training, and also works on speed and agility development.  The emphasis is on learning proper technique to ensure the safety of the athlete. 

This class requires a $150.00 fee per semester.  Class starts at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 8:45 a.m.
