Class: Advanced Weight Training
Advanced weight Training is designed to teach students proper technique in a variety of exercises. When the student demonstrates proper technique, an individual program will be designed to meet the needs of the lifter. Free weights, machines, and body weight resistance will be used. Safety is emphasized at all times. Each student works to develop overall conditioning while striving to improve their own weak points. Students must demonstrate proper technique before they are allowed to increase resistance. Students will work on their own and within small groups.
