What's Your Fitness Limit ?

We also Finess Test.  These tests your sons and daughters limits and consist of Push-ups, Sit-ups, Sit & Reach as well as running the PACER Test and/or The Mile Run.  These tests will tell each student where they rate as far as Muscle Strengh and Endurance, Flexability, and Cardiovascular Endurance.  This will help every student know their strength and weakness in each category according to a national standard.
