The PTO office is located in the small building just south of the nurse's office (sign on door). PTO board members are in the office almost daily. Please stop by with any questions, comments and/or concerns.

Again this school year the PTO will be participating in the recycling of empty printer cartridges and used cell phones, the collection of Campbell's soup labels, the Box Tops for Education program, the Fry's Cool Cash program and Bashas' Thanks A MILLION program.

SIAC

The School Improvement Advisory Committee (S.I.A.C.) addresses questions, concerns and problems of the Stevenson School and community. Five years ago SIAC was able to get Maricopa county to make the intersection of 96th Street and Pueblo a four-way stop with crosswalks. This has increased safety for all but especially for the students that walk to and from Stevenson. Student drop off/pick up/parking issues were addressed two years ago.

SIAC is comprised of the principal, teachers/staff representatives, and parent/community representatives. For the 2008-09 school year the committee will have meetings the second Wednesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. in the principal's office.
