| To register at any Mesa Public School a certified birth certificate, complete immunization records, and proof of residency are required. |
| Examples
of proof of residency are: Valid drivers license Rental agreement with name and address Home purchase contract with name and address Utility bill/phone bill |
| If at all possible, please have the name, address, and phone number of the school the student previously attended. This is most helpful in obtaining records. |
| If a child has an IEP or any other special needs, please bring copies of paperwork to register. |
| When a child is registered he/she may start school the following day. |
