Biography

I began my teaching experience for Mesa Public Schools in 2003.  Before moving to Arizona, I taught two years at a 7-12 Therapeutic Boarding School, teaching history and English. Before that I student taught in Washington D.C. and have a special fondness for our nation's capital. 

In 2005, I earned a Master's Degree in Secondary Education and am certified to teach the social sciences, reading, and drivers' education. I also have my full SEI and Gifted/Talented endorsements and have facilitate university courses for about ten years.

I am really excited to be working with your student this year. I look forward to a fabulous year of learning and growing together.
