ECA Donation and Tax Credit

The Extracurricular Activity Donation (click here for PDF form) allows you to take a state tax credit per year reimbursing you for your donation of up to $200 for each single filer and $400 for each couple filing. The funds go directly to fund extra-curricular activities at the school you specify on the form. You may specify a particular program, or "where needed". Or, you can take the state tax credit for tuition paid to the school district for enrichment programs up to the amounts listed above. Store Programs

Many stores have community funding programs that direct a portion of the money you spend back to the school of your choice. Sunridge uses the money from these programs for field trips, music programs, art programs, and more. Use the information below to enroll in these programs and make your shopping dollars help your school!

If you shop at:	Then:
Albertson's	Stop by the school office and pick up an Albertson's Community Partners card. Have the cashier scan the card each time you shop at Albertson's.
Basha's	Mention Sunridge school ID number, 26940, when you use your Basha's Thank You card.
Fry's	Stop in the office to sign your Fry's VIP card into the program.
Safeway	Enroll in the eScrip program at www.escrip.com - have your Safeway Club Card number handy.
Target	Enroll in the Target's Take Charge of Education program with your Target Visa or Target Guest Card. Sunridge's ID# is 788. With your Target card number handy, go to the Target website and click "Find/Designate a School".
