meI graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors degree in English Literature, a Bachelors degree in Biology, and extensive studies in mathematics. I worked as a laboratory assistant studying Tenebrionid beetles at Arizona State University for three years, culminating in field studies in Panama. Although I loved studying beetles, I learned that my true passion was for teaching through my experience teaching the lab component of Introduction to the Living World at Arizona State University.

Once I decided to become a teacher I continued my education at Arizona State University and received a Masters degree in Secondary Education. I did an internship at Fremont Jr. High and student teaching at Dobson High School.  I am currently highly qualified to teach English, Math, Biology, and General Science. I am extremely excited to be back at Superstition High School this year!

In my classes students will be expected to show respect for themselves by working hard and learning, so they have the best education and opportunities possible. I am confident that the students of Superstition High School can succeed. For more information on the policies and schedule of classes please refer to the class links on the left.
