Hello! My name is Erinn Lind, and I am the speech-language pathologist who proudly serves the needs of students with speech/language impairments at Taft Elementary. Born and raised in Iowa, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Science and Master’s degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from The University of Iowa. Upon completion of my graduate degree, I worked for Lincoln Public Schools in Lincoln, Nebraska for 7 years before moving to Arizona. During my 20 years with Mesa Public Schools, Taft Elementary has been my primary assignment. I have also previously served students part-time at Sousa Elementary, Zaharis Elementary, Smith Jr. High, Fremont Jr. High, and Skyline High School. I hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and am licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services. My areas of specialty are speech and language impairments that impact preschool and elementary-aged students. Outside of school hours, I also work as a supervisor of speech-language pathology assistants providing home speech therapy to children with a variety of communication needs. When not working, I thoroughly enjoy traveling, supporting my daughter in all of her activities, spending time with family and friends, trying to become a better photographer, making photo books, playing the piano, and watching football. It is a pleasure to work with the students and families of Taft Elementary!
