BEGINNING 2008 – 2009 Season the following charges will apply to Freshman Athletics. General Admission for Football, Volleyball, Basketball, & Wrestling will be as follows; Admission is $2.00 – Mesa student (with an activity card) AWAY game $1.00 – Mesa student (with an activity card) HOME game FREE.
Attention 7th and 8th graders – its time to sign up for Intramural After- School Sports!
This season girls are playing volleyball and boys are playing flag-football. Teams practice two days a week after school at Taylor for an hour and play games once a week against other junior high schools. Buses pick up teams for their weekly games and bring them back to Taylor when games are over. Registration forms can be picked up in PE, from Miss Jayne in Portable 3, or on-line. Registration forms can be turned in to Mesa Parks and Recreations or can be dropped off in the office drop box (checks only in drop box). The Orientation Meeting will be Monday, January 22nd at 3:40 in the Taylor Cafeteria and will last about 15 minutes. Practices will start the following day on Tuesday, January 23rd. Don't wait - teams fill up fast!
