BiographyO'Connor Elementary

I am a Mesa native! I was born and raised here. I went to Sandra Day O'Connor for elementary school, I went to a private school for junior high, and then off to Mtn. View for high school.

This is my 2nd year teaching at Taylor Jr. High and I haven't been happier at a school. I enjoy the smiles from the students and fellow teachers as you walk the halls. I also love the opportunities available to students to improve themselves and their academics.

NAU emblemI graduated from NAU with my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in English as a Second Language. I also have a Middle School Mathematics Endorsement.

I have previously taught 6th grade at Patterson Elementary and 4th grade at Webster Elementary. I feel my fit is in junior high helping students make the transition from elementary to more independence in the middle school setting.
