We work with healthcare providers, government agencies, district programs, and district partners to provide a wide variety of free services to employees.

Onsite Prostate Cancer Screenings: Dec. 2

Did you know after skin cancer, prostate cancer is the most diagnosed cancer in American men and the second leading cause of cancer death? Prostate On-site Project (POP) will be providing screenings for employees and covered spouses 40+ at no cost at Fremont Transportation. Click here for more information.

Strike a Pose with your Pet

Studies have shown that the bond between people and their pets is linked to several health benefits. Strike a pose with your pet and send your picture to wellness@mpsaz.org by November 30, 2021 to be entered into a drawing for a year membership for United Pet Care. As a UPC member, you simply take your pet to the veterinarian as often as you need. You’ll save instantly on everything from vaccinations, surgeries, dental, medications, and more.


Virtual Healthier Living Workshop: Tuesdays and Thursdays, January 25 – March 3, 5 – 6 p.m.

Dignity Health is offering a FREE 6-Week Workshop Series for Adults with Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, COPD, Arthritis, Asthma or ANY other Chronic Health Condition. Flu Shots

Need to get your flu shot? In addition to your physician’s office, major participating pharmacies in your network include: Albertsons, CVS, Kroger, Safeway, Sam’s Club, Costco, Walgreens, and Walmart. You shouldn’t need to make an appointment to get a vaccine, but you should call your pharmacy to make sure your vaccine is available at that location.

Cigna Resilience Study

Resilience, commonly defined as the ability to quickly recover from challenges, has been a recurring theme this year. Cigna’s new survey shows that resilience is at risk for 3 in 5 Americans and reveals a significant connection between low resilience, productivity in the workplace, and overall health. Cigna has a community resource tool that helps locate free or reduced services within your community.

It's easy to use; visit cignacommunity.findhelp.com  and enter a zip code. You can search by keyword or category. Viola! You will receive a list of organizations with details on services they provide, plus their contact information.
