Mesa Public Schools is pleased to
introduce MPS-WIN! Wellness Involvement Now, an exciting workplace
wellness program designed exclusively for Mesa Public Schools
employees.
MPS-WIN! will offer health education
materials, resources and a series of valuable programs and initiatives
to help employees lower their risk of disease and improve their
overall health and well-being.
To promote healthy living, we will
be offering an annual health fair, fitness and food demonstrations
and some exciting and fun incentive programs.
The MPS-WIN! program has five key goals:
• Help employees identify personal health risks
• Encourage personal responsibility for health and wellness
• Provide motivation and support to help employees make
healthy choices
• Control health care costs through disease prevention
• Improve overall employee morale and well-being
This MPS-WIN! web site will be your information portal for the
program's announcements, events, and resources. Check back often
to get involved with your wellness!
