Westwood Color Guard

The Colorguard at Westwood is the visual unit for the marching band. Guard members meet with our guard instructor, Maria Jordan separate from the marching band once per week, in addition to rehesrsing with the marching band at regular rehearsals. Guard members work on visual routines using special flags, rifles, and sabres. The guard continues in the spring as the Winter Guard, learning a routine to unique music and performing on the very active WGAZ competitive circuit.
