Congratulations to Shaked Aricha-Levi for being selected the MESA SUNRISE ROTARY November student of the month. Shaked is again a student that leads by example. Shaked is a person with true "depth of character" and a most positive role model. Shaked is another shining example of the quality of student that represents the true principles of a Westwood Warrior. Shaked will also be one of the finalists for the Rotary $500 scholarship presented in May. Take some time and tell Shaked "Awesome Job" Congratulations Shaked Aricha-Levi!

Good morning everyone! Native American Heritage Month remaining events are as follows: Today is traditional dress day. There will be a cultural dance in the amphitheater during both lunches.

John Herrington, Cory Witherill, Notah Begay, Winona LaDuke, Litefoot, Naomi Lang, Charlene Teeters, Sherman Alexie, Patty Talahongva, Sandra Sunrising Osawa, or Dr. Eloise Garcia Tamez. Everyone should know these notable Native Americans for their contributions as role models and for their work. This is a list of just a few but there many other notable Native Americans in every field and career that have had an impact on society.
