Advanced Culinary Arts
Welcome to Advanced Culinary Arts! This is a yearlong course that offers opportunities in food selection, nutrition, menu planning, equipment use and care, advanced safety & sanitation (ServSafe), front of the house introduction, and workplace ethics/teamwork. The principles of food preparation are taught through assignments, projects, demonstrations, and hands on experiences in our commercial kitchen lab. It is required to take Introduction to Culinary Arts in order to be admitted into this course.
