English is an important part of our daily lives, no matter what one's vocation. English is more than just writing too. It is important to have a command of the language to successfully communicate and articulate your ideas. In this class we will read, think, write, and discuss many topics. My goal is to prepare my students for the rigors of high school and college, and my expectations are high. We will have tests weekly on a variety of subjects and you will be asked to read and write daily.
