Mr. Kevin Schadel
Mr. Schadel has taught private lessons, musical summer camps, and taught in the public school setting with experience ranging from k-12th grade. Mr. Schadel has graduated from Western Connecticut State University with his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music, New Jersey City University obtaining his education certification, Montclair State University with his Masters in Music Education, and is currently enrolled at Arizona State University pursuing his Doctor in Musical Arts degree. While at WCSU, he studied conducting with Dr. Luis Fernando Jimenez and percussion with David Smith, the principal percussionist of the New Haven Symphony. While at NJCU, Mr. Schadel studied percussion with David Fein, principal percussionist of the New Jersey Symphony. For the past 2 years, Mr. Schadel has been the Band Director at Page High School in Page, AZ. Before moving to Page, Mr. Schadel also had been a member of the Hanover Wind Symphony under the direction of Matthew J. Paterno for over 5 years. Mr. Schadel is certified to teach in over 5 states in the USA and in the United Kingdom. Mr. Schadel is also an artist for the Vic Firth Education program.
