Originally from Orange County, I grew up in the high desert of California in a city called Lancaster.  After high school I enlisted in the United States Navy where I would proudly serve as a Naval Aircrewman for over 14 years.  During that time I deployed to over 25 countries, managed and trained over 50 newly arriving sailors to my squadron, and finally stepped away in 2016 honorably to start my long awaited teaching career.  I graduated from ASU in 2019 with a Bachelor's in Secondary Education and am now proudly kicking off my first year of teaching here at Westwood High School!

I am a proud father, historian, and life long Raiders fan!  My mantra is: "Family, friends, and football."  My love for the silver and black was unmatched until the day my beautiful son Gannon was born.  He is the light of my life and is my daily reminder of just how wonderful life can be.

I am so excited to get started here at this fantastic school and I pledge to all the parents, educators, and community members of the great Mesa Public School District that I will tirelessly strive to be the best educator, motivator, and mentor that I can possibly be for all the young, bright, and beautiful minds I will be lucky enough to have in my classroom.
