Parent Involvement Helps Students Succeed in School and in Life 

Research shows that the most accurate predictor of a student’s achievement in school is not income or social status, but the extent to which that student’s family is able to become involved in their children’s education at school and in the community.

When and where does PTO meet?

*Monthly Board Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month.  The meeting times will vary between 2:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m for parent convenience.  The meeting date and time will be listed in the Newsletter each month.
*PTO meets in the Whittier Media Center

Who is the PTO?

The PTO Board consists of executive officers and three teacher representatives. Committee Chairs lead the various committees. Any parent is encouraged to serve on the Board.
