Goal 1:  Provide a variety of educational opportunities for students as individuals.
Goal 2:  Maximize time, resources and staff to ensure academic excellence.
Goal 3:  Monitor and support the academic progress of students.
Goal 4:  Inspire all stakeholders to take personal responsibility for student learning. 

Priority:  Relevant and High-Quality Comprehensive Curriculum

Goal 1:  Develop a comprehensive, relevant curriculum that is aligned with the state academic standards.
Goal 2:  Provide a continuum of co-curricular and extracurricular opportunities to develop a wide variety of skills and abilities.
Goal 3:  Provide an optimal learning environment for high student performance.
Goal 4:  Utilize technology within the curriculum that is relevant and enhances learning. 

Priority:  Safe, Healthy and Nurturing Learning Environments

Goal 1:  Incorporate health and wellness activities.
Goal 2:  Provide a safe environment.
Goal 3:  Maintain a clean environment.
Goal 4:  Offer a variety of healthy, nutritious foods.
Goal 5:  Provide a supportive educational and workplace environment.

Priority: Students, Staff, Parents and Community Working Together.

Goal 1:  Provide timely and accurate information.
Goal 2:  Continually listen and respond to all voices.
Goal 3:  Promote and expand involvement from all families.
Goal 4:  Develop new and expand existing partnerships with business, educational and community entities.
Goal 5:  Support and enhance communication and collaboration between staffs and schools.

Priority:  Optimal and Equitable Utilization of Resources

Goal 1:  Capitalize on all potential revenue sources.
Goal 2:  Allocate district resources in an appropriate and accountable manner.
Goal 3:  Manage district operations efficiently and effectively. 

Priority:  Highly Qualified and Highly Effective Personnel

Goal 1:  Recruit highly qualified personnel.
Goal 2:  Retain highly effective personnel.
Goal 3:  Provide professional and personal support, recognition, and rewards.
