My name is Ms. Karles and I’m so excited to be your new Art teacher!

I’ve been teaching for 23 years, almost all of it in Mesa. 

I grew up in Mesa, attended all Mesa Public Schools for elementary, junior high, 

and high school, graduating from Red Mountain High School. 

I received my Bachelor’s and Masters degrees from NAU.

I have a 20 year old son who also went to Mesa Public Schools and is 

currently taking online classes at MCC.  

We have one pet; a Sulcata Tortoise named Seymour.

I enjoy hiking our beautiful trails when our weather is cool enough and really

enjoy crafting. Looking forward to meeting everyone and creating art with you!
