What to Expect as a Benefits Eligible New Hire
As new hire benefits eligible employee you will receive an email through the TalentED Records platform, with all the information you will need to make benefit elections for you and your family.
Mesa Public Schools benefits are offered a la carte, so if you would like to enroll your family in dental coverage only you can!
Benefits enrollment is time-sensitive and must be completed within 31-days of your contract start date. With benefits effective the first of the month following 31-days of full-time employment.
If you do not receive benefits information within a week of employment , please contact your Benefits Specialist.
Need help deciding on a Benefit Plan?
Need help deciding on a Cigna Medical or Dental plan? Please contact the Cigna Pre-Enrollment Line at 1.888.806.5042. Cigna will not pick a plan for you, however, they can provide valuable comparisons of the plans offered to you.

Where do I go to enroll?
Benefit elections will be made on the online benefits enrollment system BenefitFocus. You will login using your complete school email address along with your active directory password. Should you have issues login please contact the IS Help Desk at 480.472.0044 for a password reset.
