What to expect as a full-time benefits eligible new hire
We are excited you have joined the Mesa Public Schools team. We want to make sure you take advantage of the benefits/wellness programs available to you!
As a full-time benefits eligible new hire you will receive an email through the TalentEd Records platform notifying you of the availability of your electronic benefits letter with the benefits information for enrollment.
How long do I have to enroll for benefits?
Benefits enrollment is time-sensitive and must be completed within 31 days of your contract start date. If you do not receive benefits information within a week of employment, please contact the Benefits Department immediately.

Where do I do to complete benefits enrollment?
Your benefits enrollment will be done online using the BenefitFocus BenefitPlace platform. Enrollment instructions are available on the Employee Benefits webpage mpsaz.org/benefits. You will need your Mesa Public Schools email address and password to log in to the platform. Remember , benefit elections are time-sensitive, and you must enroll within 31-days of your contract start date.
