DEEP (Diabetes Empowerment Education Program)
Dignity Health is offering a FREE 6 - week Online Zoom workshop Diabetes workshop for adults with Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes, or a family history of diabetes. Also available for anyone interested in learning more about diabetes self-management and overall health and well-being. Classes will meet on online via Zoom. Online Zoom link will be provided upon registration. We need to have a minimum of 8 people to participate and the class capacity is 25.
