Workers' Compensation

Scissor in Foot

Safety and accident studies reveal that more than 80 percent of all accidents and injuries can be prevented if employees follow safe work practices. But accidents resulting in injury sometimes do happen.

Employees injured in the course and scope of employment must immediately report the injury to their supervisor and complete a "Supervisor's                                                         Report of Industrial Injury" form within 24 hours                                                     of the injury.
