  • The district helpdesk will be open 6:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Techs can provide remote assistance and schedule in-person tech support when needed. Avoid long call-wait times by submitting an online work order at help.mpsaz.org. Families may also submit needs via a "Help" button on their school's website.

Monitor your child's online activity with Relay

Mesa Public Schools is committed to ensuring students have safe online experiences when using district technology. The internet filtering product Relay has been installed on all student devices. To opt in to receive a weekly report for your child's internet use, please follow the instructions at mpsaz.org/edtech/resources.

The report will include the top 10 websites your child has visited, including how much time was spent on each site. If you have more than one child, you will have to opt in for every child individually through the parent portal. The reports will be separated by child.

Access will only be available for the parent who is the child's legal decision maker. Parents will not need to opt in each year. Access will roll over into each subsequent school year.
