Fundraising ideas
The following companies have approached Mesa Public Schools with event or fundraising ideas for student support organizations. These programs have not been evaluated by the district, nor does the district endorse or promote any of these providers. This informal information is simply posted as a courtesy. Mesa Public Schools assumes no risk for the information provided below.
All business agreements are strictly between the student support organization and the provider.
Any questions regarding products or services should be directed to the companies. This information is believed to be accurate as Sept. 1, 2016 and may change at any time without notice.

Prohibited and Restricted Products and Services
The following products and services will not be posted on this website:
Alcohol and Tobacco
All alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and alcohol- and tobacco-related products are prohibited.
Note: Vendors representing food establishments or general merchandising (e.g., restaurants or retail sales) are required to exclude alcohol and tobacco products from their offerings.
Counterfeit or Unauthorized Items
Items such as counterfeits, unauthorized replicas or otherwise unauthorized items are prohibited. Unauthorized items such as pirated, duplicated, backup, or bootleg copies of software programs, video games, music albums, movies, television programs or photographs are prohibited.
Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia
Narcotics, steroids or other controlled substances (including any substance in Schedules I, II, III, IV or V of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.) are prohibited.
Drug paraphernalia, as defined in 21 U.S.C. 863, is prohibited. Such paraphernalia includes all items that are primarily intended or designed for use in manufacturing, concealing or using a controlled substance.
Gambling
Lottery tickets, slot machines, raffles or other gambling-related products or services is prohibited.
Offensive and Pornographic Materials
Products or services that promote or glorify hatred, violence, intolerance or items that promote organizations with such views are prohibited. Pornographic material and products, items or services of a sexual nature are prohibited.
Satellite and Cable TV Descramblers
Items that can be used to descramble or facilitate the access to cable or satellite television programming without authorization or payment are prohibited.
Stolen Property
The sale of stolen property is strictly forbidden and violates state, federal, and international law.
Weapons
Weapons, knives and any other items for which the sole purpose is to harm or take a life are prohibited.
These prohibitions may not be all encompassing and the district reserves the right to refuse, revoke or not approve any vendor’s offering. Please direct any questions or concerns regarding this informal information to the Communications and Marketing Department.
