Board Meetings and Agendas
Please Note: Items may be added to or deleted from the agenda up to 24 hours prior to the Board meeting and may not appear on this website.
All regular, special, study session and emergency meetings of the Board are open to the public except during executive sessions. By Arizona law, executive sessions may be called by the Governing Board to discuss personnel matters; meet and confer items (negotiations); legal matters with attorneys; purchase or lease of real property; and litigation.
Notices of all meetings are posted on this web page and the Curriculum Services Center (549 N. Stapley Drive) at least 24 hours prior to each meeting.
Board meeting information
As has been our longtime practice, meetings are live streamed on the district YouTube channel and can be accessed at mpsaz.org/live.
For public comment on an agenda item please submit a request to address the board located in the board room lobby. Governing Board policy BDDH allows for 15 minutes of public comment and three minutes per speaker. Individual speaking time may be adjusted to maximize the number of participants.
Community members who do not attend the meeting, may share their thoughts with Board members at any time through email. We encourage you to email prior to the meeting so the members have the opportunity to consider your input.
Individuals with disabilities who need accommodations to attend board study sessions and board meetings should contact Cameo Kirby at 480-472-0201 or crkirby@mpsaz.org as far in advance as possible.
Individuals requesting language interpretation should contact Nina Allred at 480-472-0222 or ncallred@mpsaz.org as far in advance as possible.
Las personas que soliciten interpretación en otro idioma deben comunicarse con Nina Allred al 480-472-0222 o enviar un correo a: ncallred@mpsaz.org con la mayor anticipación posible.
