Deficiencies
If you have deficiencies on your certificate you have three years to take care of them. The deadline is three years from the date your certificate was issued. When you have completed ALL of the classes and tests, fill out this form and send to State. Do not send in the certificates as you earn them. Save them in a file.

Professional Development This is a PREP course for the Professional Knowledge Test. It is a great way to prepare for the test and finish all of your deficiencies. This 15 hour class is worth one Hour of Semester Credit.
