Knowing the rules: Guidelines in MPS
Your district, school, and teachers all have guidelines and rules to help keep you, your computer, & your personal information safe.
Let's look at the MPS district guidelines.
Task: Click on one of the pictures below to read the section Technology Devices and Internet Use on pages 10-11 of the MPS Information and Guidelines.
The Acceptable Uses section states that, "The same rules and expectations that govern student conduct and communication apply to student use of technology and the Internet. Students must follow network etiquette rules, Internet guidelines and district policies during school and school-related activities."
