Meal Applications
To complete a paper application, please visit any school cafeteria, school front office, or the Food & Nutrition office at: 143 S. Alma School Rd, Mesa, 85210
Free and reduced price meals are available to families who qualify based on the Federal Eligibility Income Guidelines released by the USDA each school year (see chart below). If your family chooses to apply, please use the link below to fill out an online meal application. Paper applications may be completed at any school front office, school cafeteria, or the Food & Nutrition Office (143 S. Alma School Rd, Mesa, AZ 85210).
Students new to the district submitting a meal application need to be prepared to bring money until the new application is processed and approved.
It may take up to ten business days to process the application. You will be notified by U.S. mail the result of the application.
**Complete only ONE application per family. The information you give will be used to determine or prove your child's eligibility for free or reduced price meals. This information may also be used for other state or federally funded school benefits.**
