Service-Builders Club is a community service club that was created 20 years ago by two Fremont Junior High students. Rachael Federico and Stephanie Ramsey saw a need for students to have a way to assist less fortunate people both in our local community and in the world in general. The first year of its tenuous existence the club was called "Nepal Aid". The next year it was formally created with the new name "Service Club". Then in the 2003/2004 school year the club was approached by the Kiwanis Club of the Superstitions to become a Builders Club. The students adopted a relationship association with the Kiwanis Club and added the word "builders" to the club name to become the only "Service-Builders Club" under the Kiwanis banner. Each year students engage in a variety of service activities both on our campus, in the local community and worldwide.
