In the event that a currently placed GT student may be struggling, the parent(s) or guardian(s) have the right to move their child into a general education class or any of that student's teachers may initiate the intervention process. During this process the student, parent and the GT Team members will dialogue about the student's needs, which may result in additional support strategies and/or a change of services.
