2020-2021 Substitute Teacher Pay Rates

2020-2021 Substitute Teacher Daily Rate

Substitute teachers with a substitute teaching certificate will be paid at a daily rate of $130 per day.  Substitute teachers with a valid Arizona teaching certificate will be paid at a daily rate of $167 per day. Assignments that are 4.5 hours and less will be considered a half day, and paid at half the daily rate.

Long-Term w/Substitute Certificate
Half Day = $83.50
Full Day = $167.00

Long-Term w/Teaching Certificate
Half Day = $98.50
Full Day = $197.00
