Students currently in MPS: Please request parent portal access through our registrar to complete the re-enrollment process. This should be done annually to update personal information including phone numbers and emergency contacts. To access the Mesa On-line Re Enrollment system (MORE) here.
Students New to MPS:
We look forward to having your student attend our school. To expedite the registration process, the following documents must be provided to our registrar:
- Proof of Residency
- Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Withdrawal Form from Previous School
- If possible, please supply a copy of your student's CURRENT report card and results from AzMerit or other statewide assessment.
- If your student currently receives special education services, please bring a copy of the current IEP and psycho-educational report. If you do not supply a copy, we will request one from the previous school. However, we cannot begin providing special education services until we have received a current copy of the IEP.

Proof of residence
To show the child's home address, parents may provide one of the following: rent receipt, utility bill, motor vehicle registration, housing contract, lease agreement, state income tax return.
A certified birth certificate is needed to enroll your child in Mesa Public Schools.
To obtain a copy of your child's certified birth certificate, contact the state in which your child was born.
Arizona law requires documentary proof of immunity against certain childhood diseases for students entering Arizona schools for the first time. With some exceptions, students subject to this requirement who lack documentary proof may enroll but not attend school until proof is provided. If your child falls into this category, more detailed information is available at the school.
Immunization requirements and free clinics are listed on the Health Services Web page. Call the Maricopa County Health Department's hot line at (602) 263-8856 for other sites and times. Immunizations are also available from family physicians and pediatricians.

Please note: Transcripts and other student documentation will not be sent unless we receive a written request
Also, there is no fee but we do have a 48-72 hour(MON-FRI) turnaround time for records to be forwarded.
