Operations Employee of the Month

Operations Employee of the Month - Don Albo

For the month of November, we have nominated Don Albo from the Custodial Department. Don started his career with Mesa Public Schools in 2013 as a lead at Rhodes Jr High. Don was quickly promoted into the Supervisor position for the west area where has done an amazing job for the past 8 years. Not only does Don have an amazing work ethic (just ask his shoulder), but also for his vision for this department. Don has been instrumental in getting the ISSA program into Mesa Public Schools. His knowledge of the processes and procedures we needed to incorporate ISSA into our department has made our launch of this program a success. We could go on about all of the things that make Don stand out in this department, but if you have ever had the chance to speak with him, you already know how special Don is. Please make sure you show him some love and gratitude!
