Message from the Principal/Student Item Pickup

Hello Pomeroy families!

It is that time of the year where we must bring this school year to a close! We understand that this is not the traditional way of ending but we are making the best of it. We are getting ready to roll out our end of the year procedure for collecting your students’ personal items from the school. Our teachers are in the process of bagging and labeling each student’s personal items to be distributed to our parents. We have created a schedule for every grade level to pick up their child’s personal items. This will begin on Monday May 11-Thursday May 14 from 9:00-12:00 each day. We have broken these days down into grade levels:


Monday May 11- 5th and 6th traditional

Tuesday May 12- 3rd and 4th traditional

Wednesday May 13- Kinder, 1st, and 2nd traditional

Thursday May 14-all Montessori

When you arrive, please enter the West parking lot at the back of the school from Shawnee drive in a carline fashion. Due to safety concerns, we ask that you please remain in your vehicles. You will pull up to the gate where someone will receive the name(s) of your student and retrieve their bags. Once you have received the bags, you will exit onto Longmore Avenue. Signs will be posted for entry and exit. We look forward to seeing you on your designated time and day as we wrap up this school year!
