Checklist for Site Coordinator
- Add Project MESA presentation dates and room location to school's Master Schedule to avoid any conflicts and notify site determined subject (ex. Science, World History) department chair(s) and teachers of dates.
- Prepare Parent/Guardian Permission Forms - English / Spanish
- Type in your school's presentation dates on permission form
- Distribute at least two weeks prior to teaching schedule
- Teachers are responsible for the collection of permission slips and creating a list of students who may / may not attend presentation.
