Boys' Physical Education

  In this class your student will be introduced to a wide variety of sports both individual and team.  Our goal is to have your student learn health and fitness skills that they will be able to use throughout their lives.

We will be covering a wide variety of boys/mens related sports.  Some of these sports are; Flag Football, Softball, Ultimate Frisbee, Basketball, Team Handball, Soccer, Volleyball, Tennis, Badminton and Track & Field to name a few.



With the use of the districts Fitness Gram I will also measure you childs levels of fitness.  These measurments are as follows; Sit and Reach, Push Ups, Sit Ups, the Mile Run and/or PACER.

 We will also work on your childs social skills through teamwork and team building sports.
