Dr. Patricia Estes knows that successful students become successful adults. For over 25 years, she has been
a leader in the Mesa Unified School District helping to create learning environments to support student success. She has been an elementary principal at multiple Title I schools and currently serves as the Director of Federal Grants for MPS. She holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Supervision from Arizona State University and when not busy at work, you can find her with her family and eleven grandchildren.
